Malik Law Associates is a litigation chambers at Rawalpindi District Courts, attending Islamabad and appearing elsewhere where instructed.
Who we are
Instructions taken on their own facts
The chambers are headed by Bilal Malik, Advocate High Court. Work is concentrated in criminal defence, civil litigation, family and matrimonial matters, and FIA and cyber-crime proceedings.
We keep a deliberately small practice so that the counsel briefed on a matter is the counsel who appears in it. Confidential instructions are accepted from clients in Rawalpindi, Islamabad and abroad by arrangement.

Documents read before opinions are given. A written case theory before pleadings are drafted.
Confidentiality
Matters are discussed only with those who need to know, and files are handled accordingly.
Courtroom clarity
Short, ordered submissions. The court should be able to follow the case without effort.
Dignity in family matters
Family proceedings affect households and children. They are conducted without theatre.
